We reiterate our Buy on Amazon ahead of Q4 earnings
Additional data points give us increasing confidence in our above Street estimates
which we raised on 12/18. AMZN noted 12/14 (“Green Monday”) was its peak
day, despite comScore reporting weaker eCommerce sales on 12/14, suggesting
share gains for AMZN. We believe severe weather in the Northeast over “Super
Saturday” – a major offline shopping day – bolstered online sales, particularly for
AMZN. We reiterate our Buy rating heading into earnings as we think Street
