Judge says Norwegian derivatives suit against Citigroup to proceed, WSJ says
U.S. District Judge Victor Marrero in Manhattan has denied a motion by Citigroup (C) to dismiss claims over alleged misrepresentations in the 2007 sale of over $115M in derivatives to seven Norwegian municipalities. The suit will proceed and affects Ciitgroup and two of its units, reports the Wall Street Journal
