Former president Bill Clinton says he should have rejected advice from Robert Rubin and

Larry Summers and pushed to have derivatives regulated. Clinton says that if his head of the

SEC, Arthur Levitt, was kept on at the SEC, then a lot of the problems of the last few years

wouldn't have happened.
