DOW JONES NEWSWIRES The Securities and Exchange Commission is investigating the sale of toxic securities at Deutsche Bank AG (DB) and Citigroup (C), in addition to investigations at Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (GS) and Morgan Stanley (MS),Charlie Gasparino of Fox Business Network reported Wednesday. Gasparino quotes sources who say the SEC has subpoenaed documents from Deutsche Bank and Citi involving collateralized debt obligations.
