· LVS has given more than 20 contracts worth ~$120M to Macau contractors for their
resort for sites 5 &6 on the Cotai Strip; the names of the contractors were not given. Some
analysts were concerned that the Macau government may restrict the number of non resident
workers on the project which could result in further delays. [Reuters]
· LVS: Attorneys for LVS shareholder Frank Fosbre Jr. filed a complaint in U.S. District Court
in Las Vegas yesterday - Fosbre’s claim accuses LVS, Sheldon Adelson, and William
Weidner of making incorrect statements that increased the price of LVS stock in 2007 and
2008. The complaint follows a series of three lawsuits in 2008 and 2009 in state court. [Las

· MO Gaming: According to an ASCA study of three potential locations for the 13th Missouri
Riverboat Casino license, the state of Missouri will receive the most tax benefit from a casino

· DiamondRock Hospitality, which mostly owns hotels that Marriott operates, bought the 821
room Hilton Minneapolis for ~$155.5M. The deal is expected to be finished in

· NM Gaming: Officials of the Buffalo Thunder Resort and Casino near Santa Fe, New will
not make a $245 million bond payment, which marks the 3rd time in a row that has happened.

· MA Gaming: The Aquinnah Tribe said that they have a better proposal for a casino in Fall
River than the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe. Last week – the Masphee Wampanoag Tribe
