· LVS has given more than 20 contracts worth ~$120M to Macau contractors for their
resort for sites 5 &6 on the Cotai Strip; the names of the contractors were not given. Some
analysts were concerned that the Macau government may restrict the number of non resident

· LVS: Attorneys for LVS shareholder Frank Fosbre Jr. filed a complaint in U.S. District Court
in Las Vegas yesterday - Fosbre’s claim accuses LVS, Sheldon Adelson, and William
Weidner of making incorrect statements that increased the price of LVS stock in 2007 and
2008. The complaint follows a series of three lawsuits in 2008 and 2009 in state court. [Las
