Goldman Sachs Headlines, $GS Shut Down a Prop Desk.. Volcker Rule becoming a reality ?

· GS – the WSJ says “Goldman bets contrasted w/clients” - citing documents released by a senate panel; the firm is already under criticism for apparently taking positions on mortgage securities that ran counter to their clients, but the Journal says this behavior occurred in other markets, inc. stocks – WSJ   
· High frequency traders under renewed scrutiny following May 6 market plunge – the NYT notes that several HFTs simply exited the market on May 6 as a result of the turmoil.  NYT   
· GS – the judge that is to preside over the co’s SEC case (judge Barbara Jones) runs a “tight” courtroom; “she can be counted on to have a firm grasp of the legal issues surrounding the Goldman case, regardless of how much she knew about the subject before”   NYT     
· GS – Goldman has shuttered one of its proprietary trading desks – the firm has shut down a prop desk that played in the CLO market – CNBC  http://www.cnbc.com//id/37157053

    I FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS WHEN I HAD A TITLE COMPANY RUN A TITLE PROPERTY PROFILE LAST MONTH. WHO HAS THE $118,800? GOLDMAN SACHS OF COURSE. THEIR STEALING FROM EVERYONE. IT LOOKS AS THOUGH I AM NOT THE ONLY VICTIM HERE, WHERE THESE LAST MINUTE FALSE ASSIGNMENT SCHEMES ARE DONE RIGHT BEFORE THE FORECLOSURE AUCTION. THIS MUST BE THE NEXT SCAM AFTER THE CREDIT DEFAULT SWAPS RUN OUT. THERE WAS A LAWYER THIS MONTH WHO WAS INDICTED BY A STATEWIDE GRAND JURY WHO ALLEGEDLY ATTEMTPTED TO RETRIEVE OVER $1.3 MILLION DOLLARS TO OBTAIN THE PAYOFF FUNDS FROM FORECLOSED HOMES.
