Bank of Int'l Settlements report warned that the UK may not be able to handle another banking crisis should one occur.

Bank of Int'l Settlements (BIS) - the group's annual report was out yesterday and has been recieving alot of press overnight (it was out Mon morning); among other items, the BIS report implores large CBs, like the Fed and ECB, to raise rates from record low levels lest they sow the seeds of the next financial crisis; BIS says rates may need to be raised even before it becomes obvious that a recovery has taken hold.  Also - the BIS report warned thast the UK may not be able to handle another banking crisis should one occur.
