Catalysts to Watch Corporate Events Calendar; Treasury auctions $TLT

Catalysts to Watch

· Consumer Sales - The country’s major retailers will post June same-store-sales Thurs morning, providing some insight into the state of consumer demand. 

· BOE/ECB – both out Thurs morning (ECB press conf takes place @ 8:30amET – see below for broader previews. 

· Fannie/Freddie get new tickers today as they delist from the NYSE - Fannie Mae’s common and preferred stock will trade on the OTC Bulletin Board under FNMA; Freddie Mac said it willtrade as FMCC – Bloomberg

· The Allen & Co Sun Valley conf takes place Jul 6-10 and could produce some headlines in the world of media/telecoms

· LeBron James will make his decision 9pmET Thurs night on ESPN

· Treasury auctions: the Treasury will auction 3yrs on Mon Jul 12, 10yrs on Tues Jul 13, and 30s on Wed Jul 14.  The size of these auctions will be released on Thurs Jul 8.

· China data - China June money supply, loans and FX reserves to be released; there is no set time, but Jul 15 will be the latest date for release (Reuters) 

· White House goes to court again today (4pmET) to reinstate its deepwater drilling moratorium (CNBC)  

· Spain Govt Likely To Approve Caja Reform Friday (DJ)
