77 year-old grandmother earns Black Belt in Jujitsu (picture included) – Ena Mallett became the first woman to get a 7th dan black belt in Spirit Combat Int’l jujitsu. Mallett has been practicing martial arts since 1979 to stay in shape, but has excelled enough to become the first woman to reach the jujitsu status she has. While she acknowledges she is getting a bit old, she says “I can still deal with any big bloke who comes along.” AOL News
